Kara Babcock

I live in Carmel with my husband John, son Everett, daughter Lyla and French Bulldog, Winston. I am excited to provide moms and children ways to workout and be together with Baby Boot Camp! I am a nationally certified Group Fitness Instructor with ACE. When we moved from Chicago to Carmel, IN, I was looking for ways to get back in shape after having my son while also meeting other new moms and getting the social interaction for my son. When I found Baby Boot Camp, I decided that it would be great for Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville & Zionsville and a great way to build a mom community! In addition to a great cardio/strength workout, Baby Boot Camp offers playdates through our StrollerFriends program and Mom's Night Out which a great way to build friendships with our wonderful group of moms.
