Kristi Howard grew up in Danville, Indiana, and her life has stretched from the skyline of New York City to the quiet charm of Putnam County. Along the way, she’s built a career—and a life—rooted in connection, curiosity, and community.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University and is a RYT 200 Yoga Teacher. Kristi is the proud mom of two bright and busy boys, Henry and George, who keep her learning and laughing. In her “spare” time, she can be found reading memoirs, chasing her boys, and finding gratitude in the everyday moments that make life beautifully imperfect.
