Killer Workout Playlist

0

So if you’re anything like me, I NEED a killer playlist when I workout (especially when running because it’s not my favorite). I NEED music that is gritty, inspiring, fun and uplifting. As an indoor cycling instructor at CycleBar Traders Point, it is my job to create playlists that do just that (and if you haven’t tried CycleBar, you MUST. Seriously, I will get you a free ride if you contact me!) I can’t tell you the countless times I’ve been asked for my playlist from a particular ride, so we actually email our riders the playlist after class. I thought I would share my top songs to workout to starting with a warmup, to the peak of your workout, then to your cooldown (this particular playlist is 46 minutes long).

You can find this playlist and all of my playlists on Spotify (just search for me—Emily Nichols). Also, feel free to comment below with your fav workout songs! Happy listening!
