2. Fancy Dinner at White Castle
Okay, hear me out. If you haven’t heard of a White Castle fine dining experience, I am about to educate you. Though it is a bit of a unique experience on Valentine’s Day, they really do it up! Click on the White Castle website to “find a castle” and book your table. You will experience hostess seating and tableside service, as well as Valentine’s decorations. Love will be in the air at White Castle!

Have a creative date night, or fun girls night, at Painting with a Twist! They are located in Carmel and Indianapolis, and both locations have full calendars with multiple nights of fun Valentine’s themed paintings for you. This one looks so fun. Taking bets on whether I can get my husband to do this with me or not…
5. Urban Vines Winery and Brewery Igloo Experience

6. Butler Ballet Presents Midwinter Dances
Another fun and fancy Valentine’s date night idea? Get tickets to the Midwinter Dances at the Schrott Center for the Arts, with shows from February 11th-15th at select times. From the event website, “William Forsythe is often called the ‘father of contemporary ballet’ for his groundbreaking work at the Frankfort Ballet. The Rathskeller will throw their annual Valentine’s Day Dinner Dance on Saturday, February 14th from 7:00-10:00 pm. The night includes a four-course meal! 8. Be My Valentine 5K
If you and your valentine are runners, celebrate your love for eachother and fitness during the Be My Valentine 5K on Saturday, February 14th at 10:00 am. And how perfect is it that this year, they are celebrating their 14th year! Head to the National Institute for Fitness and Sport at White River State Park where the race starts and ends. 9. Nate Bargatze at Gainbridge Fieldhouse
Laugh together this Valentine’s Day and grab your tickets for Nate Bargatze and his Big Dumb Eyes World Tour. He’ll have two shows on February 14th – at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. If you don’t know about Nate Bargatze, he is known as the “the nicest man in standup.” Bargatze’s observational humor will have you laughing through the entire show!
10. Scottish Rite Cathedral Candlelight Special
Candlelight: Valentine’s Day Special is coming to the Scottish Rite Cathedral for the Valentine’s season. On Friday, February 13th at 6:30 pm and 8:45 pm, the show will feature songs by Elton John, the Righteous Brothers, Barbra Streisand, and Celine Dion. You and your valentine will truly enjoy this live, multi-sensory musical experience.
11. Valentine’s Day Express with The Nickel Plate Express
All aboard for Valentine’s Day 2026! Take a romantic 90-minute round-trip excursion through Hamilton County on the Valentine’s Day Express! Limited tickets are available for Saturday, February 14th with multiple seating options for you and your special someone.
12. Sweets for Your Sweetie at the Garfield Park Conservatory
The Garfield Park Arts Center has a romantic event to enjoy in the Garfield Park Conservatory – Sweets for your Sweetie. Celebrate Valentine’s Day with treats from the tropics including chocolate and coffee, all while enjoying the candlelit romantic atmosphere of the Conservatory.
